Conducting of Written Test for the post of Junior Pharmacist Advertised Vide Notice No. 02 of20l8. Dated: 23-07, 2018.
It is notified for information of all the candidates, who have applied for the post of Junior Pharmacist Advertised Vide Notice No. 02 of 2018, dated: 23-07-2018 and have completed all the requisite formalities while filling-in online application form, that their written test for the said post is scheduled to be held on August 05, 2019 at SKIMS Auditorium Hall at 02:00 PM.
The list of candidates is enclosed with this notice forming Anncxurc-A and can be downloaded from SKIMS website Click given below.
The following Selection Criteria shall be adopted for making selection for the post of Junior Pharmacist:-
a) Written test = 80 Points
b) Viva-Voce = 20 Points
The candidates are advised to download admit cards from SKIMS website (www.skims.ac.in) by filling in following details w.c.f July 29, 2019 from 06:00 PMonwards.
a) Application Number
b) Date of Birth
All the candidates arc advised to affix latest passport size photograph duly attested by gazetted officer in the space provided on the admit card.
The candidates arc further advised to keep following certificates in original along with themselves with (02) recent passport size photograph at the time of written test:-
1. Requisite Degree Certificate
2. PRC of J&K.
