With reference to above referred advertisement issued by Director, Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu vide no. DSHJ/Esstt/NG/2009-10/8267-90, dated: 25-09-09. Applications were received in response to the aforementioned advertisement in thp Office of the U/sd and the same were scrutinized. The breakup of the vacant posts for which the forms were received in the organization of the District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Jammu is given as under:-

Whereas after scrutinization of the forms received it was observed that the applicants had submitted the forms for the posts other than the post mentioned above.

Whereas all the applicants who had applied for the posts other than the post of Asstt. Stockman are instructed to submit an undertaking that their forms shall be entertained for the vacant post mentioned above. The undertaking should be submitted in the office of the u/sd within 15days of the issuance of thisnotification along with application acknowledgment no.

Whereas the undertaking to be submitted should be duly attested by the First Class Executive Magistrate.
